Josefine has spent fifteen years building and running commercial organisations for technology and consumer businesses across Europe, the US and Asia, from early traction to global scale.

At Kindred Group she rose through four promotions to run global commercial operations across fourteen brands, joining when the company had 180 people and leaving when it had three thousand. As Chief Commercial Officer and equity partner at Diginex in Hong Kong she built the enterprise go-to-market that took three platforms into more than thirty markets; the company later listed on Nasdaq. As Chief Growth Officer at Jagex, a billion-dollar private equity backed business, she rebuilt the growth engine across acquisition, retention and monetisation.

She is Swedish, lives between London and Hong Kong, and has sat on both sides of the table: the Western board deciding whether Asia is worth it, and the Hong Kong operating company making it work.

At Praya she owns the structure: the assessment, the terms, the deal architecture and the discipline that turns a conversation into a transaction. She also founded PonytAIl, a commercial strategy firm in London, and advises founders and boards on scale and investor readiness.

A conversation with Asia should begin with someone who has run the numbers on both sides.
